Useful info
- For the Ticket Season holders, in case of lost or expired card, the pre-emption can be exercised through the special points of sale.
- At all authorised Lis points of sale, a commission can be applied up to a maximum of 2€ per each ticket issued. For costs or commissions for other channels, we suggest to refer to the Listicket.it website;
- Please note that tickets cannot be purchased by supporter WITH SPANISH NATIONALITY excepting for Juventus Supporter Card holders or Membership holders; in case of a ticket purchase on behalf of Spanish citizen without the previous cards, that ticket will be cancelled and will not allow the entrance to the Allianz Stadium.
- Juventus Official Fan club supporters can refer to their Coordination Centre for the pre-emption face
- The Season Ticket holders can ask assistance through our online form present in the area “assistance” in the section “il mio abbonamento”
Name change are allowed only buying with a full tariff and charging the ticket on the Supporter card. After that you have to go on “change support” on Listicket.it. The person receiver of the name change should be a TdT OWNER and should present it at the Allianz Stadium in Order to Access.
Please Note: all name change are to be done within the 23 of March and only buying tickets at full tariff. After that day it won’t be possible anymore to do the name change

SEASON TICKET HOLDERS PRE-EMPTION
From March 19th at 10 am until March 21th at 11.59 pm.

In this phase you can exercise the preemption on your seats only at authorised ticket offices.
NAME CHANGE
Name changes are allowed ONLY ON TICKETS BOUGHT WITH FULL TARIFF AND CHARGED ON THE SUPPORTER CARD AND IT IS POSSIBLE TO DO THE CHANGE- NAME ONLY BUYING IN THE ITALIAN LISTICKET POINTS.
FIRST, YOU HAVE TO BUY IN THE LIS POINTS, AND AS SECOND STEP, YOU WILL HAVE TO DO THE CHANGE NAME ON THE RESERVED AREA ON LISTICKET WEBSITE.
ATTENTION: it will be possible to change name on tickets only before and not after March 23th
If you want to use the credit accrued through “My season ticket/Il mio Abbonamento” you can purchase:
- Listicket.it using the credit immediatly selected the option “Usare il credito nella tessera”, use the credit on the card.

It won’t be possible to change the name on Tickets bought using your credit on IMA.
After the conclusion of the Season Ticket Holder pre-emption phase, the season ticket holder may purchase under the “J1897 and Black&White Member pre-emption” phase in any sector of Allianz Stadium at a full price and will not be able to make use of any credit accrued in “My Season Ticket”.

From March 22th at 10 am to 11.59 pm of the same day

- 216 e 218 all seats
- 219 all seats
- 220 from row 1 to 10. Seats: 1 to 20

1. WITHOUT MAKING USE OF THE CREDIT ACCRUED ON “MY SEASON TICKET” AND WITH POSSIBILITY OF SELECTING THE SEAT
Season ticket holders with title loaded on the Supporter Card can exercise the pre-emption in any Sector on:

- at authorised Lis ticket offices
- through Ticketone Call Center 892.101 (9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.- chargeable).

You will be contacted to obtain the refund corresponding to your credit;

All J1897 and Black&White Member with Supporter Card have to use card number to acced to priority ticket sale phase.

Through these channels, every J1897 and Premium Member may purchase up to 4 tickets as long as they have been registered J1897 or Premium Members since 1 July 2012.
International Balck&White Members could buy tickets on Listicket.it. Insert the number of your member card and remember to choose Home Ticketing way. Print at home the ticket.

The right process is:
- Insert of Membership number in the promotional space
- Confirm the inserted number through popup visualized after the code introduction
- Selection of the sector/seat
- Select the “International” rate, named as “Int” and proceed to the payment
Season Tickets holders could buy in this phase but without a special price that they have in Season ticket holders preemption sale.
NB** What is the PREEMPTION PHASE: The early bird scheme allows J1897 and Premium Members to access a ticketing period during which they have the chance to purchase tickets before they go on general sale, subject to availability. Residents in Italy must have a Supporters’ Card in order to access the early bird scheme. J1897 Members can purchase tickets before Premium Members and before tickets go on general sale. Premium Members can purchase tickets before they go on general sale.As of this year, Junior Members can also access the early bird scheme provided they are accompanied by a J1897 or Premium Member. Tickets must be bought in person and a Junior Membership card must be shown. Junior Members do not need to have a Supporters’ Card
